Setting The Scene
Dealing with both individuals and agencies Michael produces scenic paintings and drawings for interactive models that are often found in heritage centres and museums around the country and Europe. They are used as backdrops for figures or particular display objects or even interactive models. By drawing up ideas mainly of a historical nature for museums and heritage centres along with ensuring that the relevant research is completed he offers beautiful creative pieces of all sizes which can be interactive if necessary. As well as providing detailed drawings and illustrations for dioramas Michael has produced large scale paintings for the National Museum of Ireland, Dublinia, Inniskillen Museum, Blackpool Zoo, Newcastle Museum, The New Forrest Information Centre, as well as a selection of military museums in the UK and Gibraltar.
